I come to your office we sit down and outline the job. We break the job down into manageable tasks & processes with exact time constraints.

I take that information and create Process Videos these videos basically show the employee exactly what you want done in a video. They can pause it rewind follow along until they are confident with the task and the video isn’t needed anymore.

When we have a few tasks ready for the employee I will post an ad looking for the employee if you need certain requirements I will put those in the ad. Then we will being the screening process we want an employee that is dedicated and able to complete the job at hand. After a little negotiation we decide to hire the employee.

I setup the employee with my remote contact system it is a way to keep in close contact with the employee so we get orders and work sent back to us efficiently. I already have those videos ready it is what I train my people with.

You can have the work sent directly to your email or dropped into a file on your computer I have a great system you will be very excited and happy at how easy it is to get work from them.

Pretty much any job that you can imagine I can get somebody to efficiently do it for you, I can get them to send you the finished work and a detailed summary of the progress.

You don’t even need to know anything about computers simply tell me what needs to be done and I can handle the rest.

NOTE: I know some of you will be completely disgusted with outsourcing thinking I am trying to take money from hard working people and give it to Slave Labour this is so far from the truth it is laughable I did allot of research. I am not hiring people that are in slave factories somewhere I hire average people and I give them a good wage from where they live. In some cases the amount you give is more than they would make working locally.

To hire somebody here is very expensive I am simply offering you my skills to get a remote employee to give you a helping hand. Hopefully give you some time to develop your business some more and maybe even spend more time with your family. But it’s your Choice.
